I have at least 10 years of teaching experience at Messiah. I went to Greenville College and graduated from Lindenwood University.
My husband Tim also teaches at Messiah (middle school math) and we have two wonderful sons. When I’m not at school, I love to play the piano, write music, bake, and relax in the sunshine. My favorite foods include first…COFFEE, brussel sprouts and bacon, fries, and gluten-free pepperoni pizza! I have an unhealthy fascination with flamingos and the color pink!
I love teaching 4th grade! It is a pivotal year for students as they enter into the upper elementary grades. The are taking on more responsibility and learning how to become more independent in their schooling. It is an exciting time! I love this age and enjoy their creativity, humor, and zest for life! Messiah is the best place to foster these 4th graders and enable them to fully blossom!
