Sixth graders will learn about different cultures of the world through projects and other exciting activities in World History, they will complete science investigations and experiments will help us learn about rocks and minerals, earthquakes, volcanoes, and the weather, they will work structured writing and critical thinking skills in reading and writing, and focus on the CPH One in Christ curriculum in religion.
Sixth graders are beginning to learn socially and emotionally who they are and what interests them. They understand that God has created each of us as unique individuals and that everyone should be respected. The main focus of 6th grade is for the students to think critically. We will work on taking responsibility for their actions, how to use their time wisely.

I love the sixth grade sense of humor, the relationships that are built, the way they begin to laugh at themselves, and seeing them grow in their Christian faith.
